A Studded Leather Biker Jacket Outfit
An Allsaints Studded Balfern Leather Jacket Outfit
Hey, everyone! Can you believe that it’s almost December already? It’s crazy how quickly this time has gone by. I recently got back from a short stay in London, as I was showing my American friend around – yes, that’s right! Christen is here in the UK, with me this time! It’s always been me going to the US, but he decided it was time to come here and we’ve been doing a lot of sightseeing, so I will have plenty of photos to share with you all from our adventures!
In the meantime though, I want to get to this outfit! You already saw this studded leather jacket in a post I shared with you featuring my new purchases a while back, and here it is in an outfit! This is the Allsaints Studded Balfern Leather Jacket and it’s such a statement! Those of you who know me well will know that I adore Allsaints and I even have a post titled ‘what to know before you buy an Allsaints leather jacket’, in which I took my own advice and ended up trying out quite a few of this exact leather jacket! I needed to make sure I got a perfect fit and I was finally happy with this one, as they all run differently – especially with the colour and washing of this particular leather jacket.
I took a size UK 8 in this Studded Balfern by Allsaints, and I will say that because this lamb leather is tumbled and washed, it does tend to run bigger. I did originally try a UK 6 and it was great, just a tiny bit small. So keep this in mind with this one. If you’re between sizes, maybe go for your smaller size. It’s so extra though in terms of the design and I wasn’t sure if it was really me, since I tend to have more of a feminine, classic personal style, but I love how edgy this one feels.
I decided to wear this studded leather jacket with my American Eagle Jeggings in Black, and a simple White T-Shirt from Abercrombie. I then tucked my jeans into my new Allsaints Ria Leather Crocodile Boots – which are absolutely incredible! I cannot recommend the Ria enough for comfort and style! I can do a review on these separately if you’d like!
I then finished it off with my Saint Laurent Nano Sac de Jour Bag in Grey. I love the grey and black combination here as a monochromatic look is often a favourite of mine. Speaking of this bag though, I have a surprise to share with you soon in the form of a new purchase… stay tuned!
For those of you who absolutely adore this Allsaints Studded Balfern, unfortunately it is sold out as it was super popular, but the moment it’s back in stock, I will link it for you immediately! They have an alternative option in the Billie cut, which is oversized, and that could be cool too! But what’s your opinion on this one? It might be safe to say that I’m addicted to women’s leather jackets, ha ha. I may own way too many, but can you blame me? They’re such a cool item of clothing! Let me know what you think in the comments below. I also shared a reel of this look to my Instagram (click here). Lorna xx.
