What support do i get on the Advanced Diploma in Jewellery with jewellers academy? — Jewellers Academy

As with our other Diploma programmes, you get weekly lessons that have been filmed with an expert tutor. We use a professional film crew to film all of our courses to ensure that you get great close-ups! Plus you can watch whenever you like – time zone is not an issue.

You will learn pave setting, channel setting, halo setting, hollow hinged bangle and much more.

You get lifetime access to the course so you can go back at any time to refresh your skills.

There will be a weekly live Zoom ‘Meet the Expert’ session for you to ask your questions about the techniques taught that week.

Plus there is also one to one technical support for you – you get three 1 to 1 marking sessions with your technical mentor to give you feedback and guidance on how to improve.

The Diploma features courses each term focussing on developing your signature style. A part of the assessment for the course is to create a 5 piece capsule collection and you have taught elements of the course to help you do that, a design group and one to one mentoring.

You will be a part of a monthly design group. These are sessions in a small group with your peers and a design mentor. This us designed to help you discover who you are as a designer, get some accountability and support from your peers and mentor.

Plus you get two 1 to 1 sessions with your design mentor, one near the beginning of the course and one nearer the end, to work with you on your design and signature style.

You will be a part of a small group business mastermind that meets on Zoom every other month. We will match you with other jewellers at a similar stage to you and you’ll have the chance to discuss your business goals and issues, get accountability and support. This is facilitated and supported by a business mentor.

You will also get two 1 to 1 business coaching sessions, one at the beginning of the course and one towards the end of the course. This is to give you mentoring, advice and accountability on starting or growing your business and is tailored to your needs.
